Books purchased from our site and mobile app can be returned for a refund within the purchase of 24 hour purchase
The Date of the Invoice Provided:
The book has not been used and has not been damaged in any manner The book is intact and in saleable condition, and The book is accompanied by the original invoice of purchase.
The following types of products - once accepted by customers cannot be returned:
- The books which were in proper condition when reached.
- Products can be returned for a refund and Or exchanged with our app
- Books purchased online from our web site or mobile app can be returned only at our application
- E-MAGINE will refund customers through the online payment mode that can be used to purchase the product online from our app.
- Refunds for products that were purchased online using credit cards/Debit Cards/Internet Banking will be credited back to the respective account.
